1. The service. Talon Meridia Ltd. ("Talon Meridia", "we") provides an online trading platform for cryptocurrencies, equities, ETFs and related products. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and confirm you are of legal age and permitted to use such services in your jurisdiction.

2. Your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Two-factor authentication is mandatory. Identity verification (KYC) is required before live trading.

3. Acceptable use. You may not use the platform for market manipulation, money laundering, or any unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where legally permitted.

4. Fees. Fees, spreads and commissions are published on the Pricing page and shown on the order ticket before execution. We will provide 14 days' notice of any fee schedule change.

5. Termination. You may close your account at any time and withdraw available balances, subject to open positions being closed and standard verification checks.

1. What we collect. Identity data required by regulation (name, address, ID documents), account and transaction data, and technical data (device, IP, usage) needed to secure and improve the platform.

2. How we use it. To operate your account, comply with anti-money-laundering and securities regulations, prevent fraud, and — with your consent — send product updates and market briefings.

3. What we never do. We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with regulators where required, banking and custody partners necessary to provide the service, and vetted processors under strict contracts.

4. Retention & rights. Records are retained as required by financial regulation, after which they are securely deleted. You may request access, correction or export of your personal data at any time via privacy@talonmeridia.com.

5. Security. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), with access limited on a need-to-know basis and audited quarterly.

Market risk. Prices of cryptocurrencies, equities and other instruments can move rapidly and unpredictably. Cryptocurrency markets trade 24/7 and can experience extreme volatility and liquidity gaps.

Leverage risk. Trading on margin magnifies both gains and losses. Adverse movements may require you to deposit additional funds at short notice; failure to meet margin calls may result in positions being liquidated at a loss.

No guarantees. Past performance is not indicative of future results. No communication on this website constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

Technology risk. System failures, network disruptions or third-party outages may delay order execution or access to your account. Stop orders do not guarantee execution at the specified price during volatile conditions.
